I am licensed in Texas with 15 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I also offer parenting coaching and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as well as individualized counseling.
