About

I am a dually licensed professional who has been in the behavioral health field for over 15 years. I am licensed in AZ and MN as a mental health clinician and addiction clinician. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, OCD, ADHD, family and relationship issues, parenting issues, bipolar disorder, and others. I have been helping treat individuals with addiction for over eight years as well. I have significant experience with PTSD and domestic violence victims.

My therapy style is open, cooperative, and inviting. I believe the way I treat and work with each client is how I would like to be treated as well. I am supportive and provide compassion without enabling or allowing clients to avoid their problems. I approach therapy in many different ways, which can include cognitive-behavioral therapy, family systems, psychoeducation, and motivational interviewing. My therapy is always client centered, focusing on the needs and wants of my clients.

I believe that everyone needs therapy at some point in their lives. I encourage clients to be who they are and not deviate from their truth. I am here to support, empower, encourage, and challenge you.
