Hi there, I'm Andy! I am a non-judgmental, open-minded, friendly, & respectful practitioner with a genuine passion to help all people be their best selves! I understand that coming to therapy is a personal choice, so I take a person-centred approach to building rapport with my clients. My approach I am well versed in ACT, CBT, DBT and psychoanalytic as well as other theoretical therapy approaches. My focus I generally work with adults dealing with life transitions, including anxiety, depression, stress and aging. My communication style I provide a safe environment which enables open communication. I strive to have my clients feel heard and respected. My journey to therapy After many years of working as a software engineer, I've decided to fulfill my dream of becoming a therapist. I want to help clients reach their potential. My goals for you I ask clients in the first session about their expectations and goals for therapy and revisit their goals throughout the therapy process.
