At one point or another, we are all the victims of problematic thinking and struggle to maintain balance in life. You don’t need a pervasive mental illness or diagnosis to benefit from counseling. My goal is for my clients to find camaraderie to work through life's challenges. I do not sit as an expert handing down edicts on how to live life, I don't pretend to know you better than you know yourself. I see my role as someone who helps you figure out what is truly bothering you, and collaborate to find solutions.
