My Therapeutic Style:
Everyone is capable of personal growth and self-improvement. As your therapist I work to understand your unique circumstances and facilitate the process of setting and achieving personalized goals for improvement. I have an empathetic and client-centered approach, and believe that positivity and the therapeutic relationship are important in the treatment process. I will offer evidenced-based interventions for your particular circumstances, provide feedback throughout treatment, and regularly review your thoughts and feelings about progress in treatment to ensure that you are an active participant in your own care.

My Experience:
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor (CSAC) in the state of Wisconsin with approximately eight years of experience working with adults and adolescents with mental health and substance use issues. I have experience working in a variety of settings from residential treatment to outpatient therapy and with individuals from all walks of life. This has given me a sincere appreciation for the recovery process, and the continual process of healing and self-improvement we can all benefit from. My primary experience area has been adults with co-occurring mental health and substance use diagnosis, men's specific issues, as well as communication, stress and anger management, and life adjustment issues.
