I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Mental Health Service Provider, (LPC-MHSP) in the state of Tennessee, Florida, Mississippi, Indiana, Arizona, and Pennsylvania. with over 14 years of counseling experience, working with individuals, and couples. I have maintained a private practice since 2007. I also have 22 years experience in health care working med surge, and oncology as a Case Manager. The last twelve years have been working in the emergency department. I have worked with all walks of life, and have encountered individuals and families in their most trying moments. I bring this experience to each counseling session with the earnest desire to help each individual and couple at his or her time of need. It is often times during confusion, one seeks out counseling. Experienced in working with anxiety, trauma, depression, and grief. I became certified in Rational Living Therapy in 2009. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (CBT), as well as other therapeutic models. I like to meet each individual where he or she is, seeking to listen, and understand where each person is coming from. I look forward to working with you in your journey toward positive mental health.
