I've worked as a counselor in a school setting for more than twenty years. Throughout my career in and around the greater Boston area, I have come to appreciate today's social emotional needs of tweens, teens, and emerging young adults. I have supported the mental health of hundreds if not thousands of youth over the years through approachable solution focused counseling sessions. My approach is casual, relatable, yet goal oriented in order to connect with todays youth.
