I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who graduated with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Palm Beach Atlantic University. My approach to counseling uses a relational model to create a safe environment that encourages self-empowerment. Life is hard. I believe that is is a great honor and responsibility to walk alongside my clients as they encounter the difficulties and changes that life can bring. What is your approach to therapy? Using an integrative relational approach, I am experienced with working with young adults, adults and couples. I am equipped to work with a variety of challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, stress, adjustment issues, faith, and LGBTQ+ issues. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? My goal is for all clients to feel more empowered to take on whatever life might bring. I believe clients should leave therapy feeling as though they are the "captain of their own ship."
