My 20-year background in a multitude of Chemical Dependency and Mental Health settings has shaped my firm belief in human strength and resiliency and my commitment to helping individuals and families achieve change and reach their potential. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I am trained and informed by psychodynamic and Attachment theory, I am also an EMDR and Mind-Body Bridging practitioner. My expertise with Attachment, Family Systems, and Trauma brings a Trauma Centered methodology to my therapy. My passion for Clinical Excellence, research and teaching has had me partner with the University of Utah in bringing resilience trainings to First Responders in Salt lake City and the State of Utah.
