We all know life comes with challenges and sometimes those challenges can affect our mental health in ways we can’t explain. I have experience working with adults and children in the office and school settings dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, ODD, and behavioral issues. I work with my clients to develop and implement coping skills and self reflection for their struggles. In addition to being a Licensed Therapist, I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. During my time as a RC I assisted individuals with gaining and maintaining employment that fit their individual needs.
