About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Marital and Family Therapist in Oklahoma. I have worked with individuals, couples and families with a variety of lifestyles including military, civilians, students, and more. My clients have given me the opportunity to work with them on issues including anxiety, chronic pain, stress, life changes, PTSD, family conflict, relationship issues, grief, parenting and ADHD.

My approach is to collaborate with you. I believe that if I understand you, then I can more helpful to you. I prefer not to judge what is right or wrong. Instead, I prefer to focus on what is helpful or not helpful. I am looking forward to learning about your strengths. I have trained in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, CBT for Chronic Pain, EMDR, Yoga, Trauma Focused Yoga, relaxation techniques, mindfulness, and more. My goal to work with you to find the approaches that will suit your needs.
