I continue to be humbled that I have had the honor be a part of so many people’s stories. With almost 10 years experience as a Mental Health Counselor, I have worked with a wide variety of challenges, diagnoses, and levels of severity. I have a strong interest in working with adults struggling with anxiety/panic attacks, depression, life transitions, stress management, and grief. I also enjoy working with graduate students, pregnant/postpartum women, and medical professionals.

I come from a background primarily in crisis counseling and hospital environments, and with that experience, I tend to be solution-focused and goal oriented while we work collaboratively together. I provide a welcoming and safe, non-judgmental space where we can really process what is going on in your life while making sure that we are using that information to move in a forward direction to meet your goals.

My goal is for you to always leave sessions feeling empowered, hopeful, and confident in your next steps forward. I want you to be able to identify some effective coping strategies and personal insights to practice and process over the time in between sessions. I want our discussions and what we work on in therapy to be easily transferable into your current lifestyle, not just a theoretical discussion.
