I specialize in providing therapy to adults dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship issues, and recovery from trauma. I will provide a safe, welcoming space for you to feel listened to and supported, and you will gain the tools you need to live a more balanced life. Our work together will begin with me getting to know you, building trust, and helping you feel comfortable. I know starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and I hope to make it feel as easy as possible.
