I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington State and a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin. For over a decade, I have been working with clients with diverse backgrounds to successfully treat a variety of concerns related to depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma and relationship issues.

My approach to counseling is simple: it is my goal to create the space to help you alleviate the concerns that led you to reach out and to uncover what might be underneath. My style is client centered, solution oriented and strength based. Together, you and I will create a unique treatment plan to move you towards living your best life.
