I am licensed in Colorado with 4 years of professional work experience as a therapist as well as 11 years as a registered nurse. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with addictions, coping with grief and loss, & coping with life changes including medical conditions and events. I believe that it is important to understand how past events and our emotions impact us today. However, I also believe that leaning into our strengths and taking agency and accountability of what is actually in our control right now is what leads to a healthier and happier tomorrow.
