I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist. I have over 20 years of experience providing individual therapy for young adults, adults and older adults. My approach is motivational in strategy and my approaches are cognitive behavioral, emotion regulation and narrative. I have helped people with childhood trauma and abuse, gender dysphoria, substance use disorders, depression, anxiety and personality disorders.
I believe in client centered approach where the individual determines that paths we take and I provide authentic feedback and support. I use the individuals strengths to support the changes they decide to make.
