I recognize and understand that the decision to seek therapy and receive help in a time of frustration and possible hopelessness is typically not one sought out overnight. I work to co-create meaning and goals with you to better to fit your own personal strengths and life experiences. You are courageous in seeking out help, and we can build hope together! Some areas I have focused on in my work include infidelity/affairs, domestic violence, sexual assault for all ages/gender, trauma, spinal cord injuries, anxiety, depression, grief/loss and hopelessness. I am Gottman Couples Therapy Level 1 & Level 2 Certified. I have experience working with individuals, couples, groups and families.
