I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Idaho, Texas, Oregon, and Washington with 5+ years of professional therapy experience. I have primarily worked helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, parenting issues, motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I have a strong belief that everyone has strengths to pull from when dealing with challenges in life.

I have a strong background in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help clients learn and utilize skills for mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches, a client-centered focus, and biosocial theories to tailor services to my client's specific needs.
