About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with children, families and individuals. My areas of focus include working with children in foster care as well as their foster and biological families, young adults, and adults and children in an educational setting. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including trauma, anxiety, ADHD, depression, challenges with focus and impulse control, challenges in the work place, family dynamics, ODD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and navigating life as a parent.

My therapeutic style is accepting, supportive and reflective. My goal as a therapist is to create a space in which my clients feel safe, heard and respected. I work with my clients to help figure out goals that feel right for them as well as strategies to meet these goals. Throughout the course of our time together, I hope for my clients to learn more about themselves, their wants, their skills, and the ways in which their lives may have impacted who they have become and how they respond to the world. Through this understanding, I work with my clients to develop and increase skills to help them to meet the goals they have set for themselves.

I recognize that this online version of therapy may be new to you and that this may also be your very first experience with therapy, or perhaps you are seeking a new way to access services.
