About

Are you looking to make positive changes in your life? Do you need a supportive person who has the skills and experience to guide you on your journey? By investigating your past, identifying strengths and areas for growth in the present and setting goals for the future, I collaborate with clients to help them be their best selves.

My approach is eclectic using CBT, mindfulness-based and person-centered therapeutic modalities to treat the whole person. I specialize in working with adults and teens (14+) struggling with life transitions, mental health symptoms, LGBTQ+ issues, recovery from loss and addiction. I received my Master of Science degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College in Philadelphia in 2015. While in graduate school, I completed my internship at a community mental health center where I provided group and individual therapy to adults at an intensive outpatient program. I have worked as a therapist in community mental health, private practice, college counseling and as a supervisor at an intensive outpatient program. As a group therapist, I have facilitated groups such as Art Therapy, Mindfulness, Women's Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Addiction and Life Skills.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania and a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches (IAPRC). I provide counseling services to individuals, couples and families. With an emphasis on authenticity and integrity, I am passionate about supporting individuals on their healing journeys. I look forward to hearing from you!
