Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker with 24 years of professional experience. I have partnered with people helping them through a variety of different issues including stress management, anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, trauma, self-esteem and lack of motivation. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I utilize a number of different therapeutic models and believe there is no "one-size-fits-all" approach. We are all unique individuals having a unique experience. I will tailor our dialogue, sessions and treatment goals to meet your specific needs.
