Hi, my name is Andrea Linde, MA LMHC. I'm a licensed counselor in WA state with over 17 years of experience in the field. I look forward to getting to know you and working with you intimately. Many of our core beliefs are unconscious. But the trauma of our past, the energy of it needs to be released out of our body and minds for good amen. I incorporate spirituality and deep intense knowledge of the body along with brainspotting and other emotional regulation techniques to restore your body and mind to homeostasis, equilibrium and calm.
Please know that I have helped people on the traumas that block them from love, as well as, regular and more complicated grief. Trauma affects us in all sorts of ways, we are not as patient with our children (aka therapy helps to make you a better parent), irritable with our partner (aka therapy makes you a better partner and friend and lover), reacting to daily life events with a racing heart and fight/flight response. All of these and many more are symptoms that you may have trauma that is trying to burst forth and be processed now. I want you to have the happiest and most sustainable life possible. Walking through these difficult emotions will help you, I promise towards your goals. I also want you to know that you are not alone.
