I have a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in Psychology. I'm also a National Certified Counselor, a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, and Master Life Coach. I have over 7-years of experience providing treatment services to diverse client population in one-on-one and group settings. Effective motivator, communicator, and advocate with inherent abilities. Innate ability to establish rapport quickly, build trust, interact with, and relate to individuals on all levels. Through counseling services I provide, I help individuals who are experiencing difficult life events, mental health issues, life transitions or decisions, and/or self-discovery. I offer counseling and personal life coaching services to individuals, families, and couples who are looking to improve their lives and reach their full potential. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Master Certified Life Coach, my goal is to help improve the lives of clients through the management of stress, redirecting disturbing emotions, & setting realistic goals. My goal is to help clients take control of their lives and reach their full potential. I offer a combination of services that include integrated approaches. As a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), I also implement neuropsychological informed CBT techniques and strategies to help clients who are experiencing Anxiety, Panic Attacks, & Worries, etc. to change the brain desired response.
