My unique background supporting clients both in the corporate world as well as inpatient clinical setting allow me to form strong alliances with a wide range of individuals. Having the ability to make one feel heard, understood and valued is a particular strength and one that gives me great purpose. I specialize in supporting adults, young and older, struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, addictions and unhealthy relationships. I also assist with healing from grief and loss, traumatic experiences and life transitions. Through a process of providing you with opportunities to improve self confidence, make lifestyle adjustments, fostering acceptance and developing inner serenity and resiliency, we can peel away the layers that no longer serve you.
