I take a whole person approach to problems and believe they can show up in our lives as both behaviors and as aches and pain in the body. I am a licensed social worker, as well as a certified yoga instructor specializing in Kundalini, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra.
I am a level 2 Brainspotting Practitioner and have experience working with chronic illness' (including cancer), complicated grief and loss, anxiety, depression and PTSD. I have over 15 years of experience working with Hospice/Palliative Care, Veterans, LGBTQIA+ Young Adults, and Highly Sensitive Individuals.
My goal and privilege is to help guide you on your path to self-discovery and healing. You already have the answers you seek inside of you! Together, we can work to uncover them. Using traditional therapy models and ancient yogic and healing philosophies, we will create an action plan to get past your “stuck points” and work to reach your goals.
