My name is Andrea and I am currently based out of Albany, NY. I have been working as a clinician for over 5 years providing services in private practice and crisis services. In addition, I have 10 years of experience working in the mental health field providing various roles such as housing, case management and clinician. I have experience working with a wide array of diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, life changes, stress management, life satisfaction, post-traumatic stress disorder, and personality disorders. I also have experience working with people who are in crisis situations and need immediate support and de-escalation, safety planning, and linkages to services in the community.

I have a passion for working in this field and helping people to live their best life possible. I operate from a holistic approach because I believe our mental health is affected by and affects many areas of our life. I enjoy utilizing cognitive behavioral approaches, dialectical behavioral therapy, positive psychology and strength’s based perspective when working with clients. However, I understand that therapy is person centered and will gear my techniques to what works best for you. I am here to help motivate, empower, and encourage growth while accomplishing the goals you have set forth.
