Does it seem like no matter what you do, you can’t get ahead? Life itself can feel like a battlefield. Maybe you’re a college student struggling with a lot of sudden changes, or you might be on probation, adjusting to the world again. No matter what you’re going through, I believe you have a story to tell, and you deserve to be heard. I’m here to accept you as you are, with no judgment. When you’re ready, I’ll help you write the next chapter of your story, so it can look more like the life you want it to be.

I help adults who are dealing with addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and more. I use approaches like CBT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, and Solution-Focused Therapy, so you can learn to react to problems in a new way. I’m here as a listening ear, but I’ll also help you take action. Part of my job is to challenge you–I want you to be able to take skills from therapy and apply them to everyday life.
