I believe everyone has the capacity to change, find solutions, heal from pain, and create a purposeful life. Using a strengths based approach, I collaborate with clients to identify issues that are most troubling to them and tailor the process to best fit the clinical needs. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, relationship problems, and LGBTQ+ issues. I offer customized treatment using cognitive behavioral and solution focused therapy perspectives. I am honored to do this work and look forward to partnering with clients as they realize their goals and potential.
