Hello, My name is Andrea, Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I hold a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, I also am a certified Life Coach, an Entrepreneur and Business Life Coach, a Health and Wellness Life Coach, and a Certified Cognitive-Behavioral-Therapist Coach Practitioner. Working as Mental Health Counselor and a coach has given me the chance to work in different settings, such as a psychiatric unit in a hospital and profit and non-profit organizations, with a variety of populations. I have been providing treatment for Anxiety and Depressive Disorders, and Addictions, among other disorders. I have done extensive training and certifications. My approach is holistic. I see and treat individuals from different perspectives having into consideration not only how the presenting problem has developed but also the circumstances in which the client is involved. I utilize different evidence-based methods and techniques to facilitate and elicit change depending on the client’s needs. I also stick and comply with the State law and the code of ethics and serve clients in both languages English and Spanish.
