“Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly.” You did it!!! You gathered the awareness and courage to love your self enough and reach out for help. Perhaps you are struggling with an issue that has become bigger than you alone can handle; leading you feeling lost and in need of direction. You may be asking yourself how in the world did I get here? How can I overcome this obstacle? And furthermore, how do I get back to a better me, keep what I achieve, and live out my life on purpose?

I am a Licensed Profession Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor who values the beauty of transformation, resilience, and overall well-being. I work from the premise that regardless of where you come from you are worthy of living life at your greatest potential. I have history working with at risk youth, adults and families in community, non profit , rehabilitation, and IOP settings.
