Seeking therapy is a great act of self-care, and I commend you for taking the first step. You may have felt overwhelmed for some time now, and now you are ready to experience life differently. You might be going through a difficult time right now, perhaps with anxiety, work stress, divorce, a breakup, an illness, or any change in your life, and managing it on your own has been challenging. And yet, perhaps a tiny voice inside of you says that things could be different. And you are right. I fully believe that you can change your life. In my practice, I provide an empathic, person-centered approach to helping you discover what would create the change you want to see in your life. I am eclectic and tailor my approach to each client, drawing from Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory to help you find your inner knowing.
