I believe that seeking counseling is proactive and that we could all benefit from therapy at different points in our lives.

With over ten years of experience with children , adults and families, I have developed a relationship focused approach that offers you hope and healing. I have experience in working with issues surrounding: anxiety, depression , body image and self esteem issues for women and men. I also have several years of experience working with individuals as a health coach.

My approach is primarily cognitive behavioral in nature with the incorporation of nutrition, exercise and spirituality when appropriate and based on client interest. I feel that nutrition can have a huge impact on mental health, sleeping patterns, and stress management.
