I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor and Master's Certified Addiction Professional with over seven years experience working with clients struggling with mental health issues as well as substance abuse. The types of clients I have worked with vary greatly and include schizophrenia, bipolar disorders, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, chronic addiction, and recovery support.

My session style is interactive, free-flowing, and collaborative. I believe that people of all backgrounds and cultures deserve respect and dignity and are not defined by their diagnosis. However, each person is different and I like to tailor my approach depending on their individual needs and goals so that we can collaborate as a team. I also take into consideration the culture and background influences and believe that people of all cultures, beliefs, and backgrounds deserve respect and dignity.
My counseling style combines cognitive-behavioral, existential, solution-focused, and motivational interviewing.
