My goal is to help you and your family navigate life’s challenges, so that you feel supported, safe, and equipped.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, and hold a Pupil Personnel Services Credential in order to provide social-emotional education and counseling in K-12 schools. Since graduating from San Francisco State University with a MS in Counseling in 2009, I have worked in a variety of settings, like outpatient hospital programs, community mental health organizations, and public and private schools.

In order to assist you with increasing self-awareness, problem-solving and communication skills, confidence, harmony, and trust, I use a strengths-based and client-centered approach, solution-focused techniques, and principles of social thinking and cognitive behavioral therapy.
