I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with 5 years of experience in psychotherapy and an additional 5 years working in the mental health field. My clients present with a wide variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, difficulty in relationships, poor self-image, and difficulties navigating life transitions or other high-stress situations. I specialize in working with individuals who are seeking greater work-life balance and those who want to live a healthier lifestyle, those struggling with issues related to polyamorous or non-monogamous relationships, and those who have experienced developmental or relational trauma or sexual assault.

I offer a space where clients feel empowered to utilize their personal strengths to live their most meaningful lives and develop healthy and fulfilling relationships. I am a sex positive, kink-aware, poly-affirming, and LGBTQIA+ friendly therapist. My style is warm and genuine, and my clients usually tell me that we laugh more than they expect. My typical approach combines elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy, and I have found mindfulness to be a powerful tool for almost every client as well as myself.
