I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including: depression, anxiety, couple relationship issues, parenting, career challenges and lifestyle problems. I am also experienced in geriatric work with the aging population, end-of-life issues, and family relationship struggles.
I utilize a multidisciplinary therapy approach that aligns with the individual needs of the client. My therapy practices include: cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, client-centered, solution-focused, Imago, brief therapy, mindfulness and meditation. Having a social work foundation, I am skilled in addressing issues of living arrangements, social needs and community services. Also serving as a geriatric care manager, I am knowledgeable of other professional resources in the community.
