Hi, My name is Anna and I have worked in therapy for 4 years with all age groups and in various settings. I have specific expertise working with people with chronic illness/pain, HIV/AIDS, and disabilities and addressing the internal stigma and discrimination that are imposed with them. I am also experienced in challenges LGBTQIA+ people face.

Stress, Anxiety, and Depression are things we all deal with, but that can be exacerbated by an intersection of marginalized identities. I am happy to sit with you as we try to untangle the knots and follow the threads of color to build a pattern.

I have also lived internationally for significant periods and was born in Brazil, so I am bilingual and have a global and third-culture-kid (TCK) perspective.

Everyone has different ways of thinking and processing things, so our first session would be to get to know each other and lay out how we want to work together.
