About
Hi there, I’m so glad your path has brought you here. Deciding to reach out for help can be a big step, and I strive to provide a compassionate, understanding, and open-minded environment for you to express yourself freely and authentically. I am Anasuya (Ana) Gutierrez, a graduate of the University of West Florida. Since graduating with my Master of Social Work in 2017, I have been working with a variety of people in the private, non-profit, and private sectors, from individuals as young as 3-years-old to those at 85-years-old. I have worked in hospitals with oncology patients and individuals with chronic and/or terminal illness, and I have also worked in schools. I now specialize in working with adolescents and adults to gain new insights, increase skills, and find balance in their lives. I have a passion for helping people navigate difficult situations and relationships, including their relationships with themselves. I will empower you but also gently challenge you when needed. I truly believe my clients are the experts of their lives, and I am excited to help walk alongside you and work towards your goals. I use an integrative, and holistic, approach to create a psychotherapy experience tailored to each client's unique identity and needs. I can’t wait to connect with you and see how I can help!
