I am a licensed professional counselor in Wisconsin with over 4 years of experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and overwhelm, anxiety, healing from trauma, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I strongly believe that you are the expert of your story and that although you may experiences challenges, you have what it takes to overcome them.
