In the course of our lives, we are often met with challenges that we are prepared for. And at other points, we might experience the unexpected that has the potential to throw us off balance. In the work I do with my clients, I better prepare them to address the unexpected and regain balance. Ultimately, the work we will do together will equip you with the tools to make the choices needed to live the life you desire. Using a strengths based approach I will support you find the path to a life rooted in healthy choice. I work closely with a team of psychologists, physicians and social workers who provide services to children and adults and who provide coaching, as well as testing and assessment for ADHD.
