My name is Anastasia Imig and I have been a counselor for over 15 years, specializing in women's issues, including grief and loss, life transitions, relationships, work-home balance, and trauma. I am licensed in both Washington (LMHC) and Colorado (LPC) and use our interpersonal connection- and perhaps some of the expressive arts (sometimes we can't always find the words, so we might get creative with art, music, or story)- to help deepen understanding and foster hope.
