Hello and Welcome!!
My name is Anastacia Rogers. I am a licensed clinical Social Worker in the state of Alabama. This is the first step in taking control of your life. Finding the right person to help you is very important. I want to provide you with some information about me in order to help you decide if we would make a good team.

My professional training started as a school social worker. I diligently served children, adolescents/teens, young adults and parents/foster-parents/legal guardians in the individual and family therapy. I have experience in the outpatient setting at a medical center, a federally qualified health center, and have served as a therapist at a Level One Substances abuse facility. My years of experience and background covers every age, and every developmental stage as it relates to appropriate care practice.

I have had the opportunity to work with clients with a broad range of concerns including depression, anxiety, grief, life style changes/adjustment, relationship issues, intimacy issues, stress related issues, parenting problems, career challenges/career adjustments, Obsessive-compulsive Disorders, PTSD, ADHD/ADD, and Substance Use disorders. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical/sexual trauma or emotional abuse, and adjustment issues.

The feedback I receive from clients is that they find me to be caring and nonjudgmental, and they appreciate that I am honest and direct with them. My counseling approach is very warm, open, and interactive. I believe in appropriately treating every one with respect, regard, sensitivity, and complete compassion. My approach adheres to cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, exposure therapy, and solution focused therapy. I will customize my approach and treatment based on your unique and specific needs. I believe that together, as a team, we can make you the best version of your self.
