Hi, my name is Analilia but you can call me Ana. Are you struggling with anxieties over major life changes.? Have you thought of doing therapy in the past but stopped yourself? Seeking a therapist can be a daunting task and it can be difficult finding the right fit. The connection between therapist and client is so important to help create a safe place to share thoughts and emotions. My goal is to make the safe connection and walk with you on your journey of self-discovery and healing. I understand the vulnerability it takes to drop the mask or perfectionism and just be who you really are. I also understand the freedom it brings when we get to finally do it. I work with my client to help them find their unique voice and to heal their past wounds to help them gain insight and self-awareness. My approach to therapy is tailored to a style which best suites you. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Experiential therapy, EMDR and Person-Centered approach. I support my clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, substance use issues, trauma experiences and codependency. I focus on helping my clients feel empowered to live the life they want, to feel free to make decisions that make them happy and to learn to love and honor themselves. I offer therapy services in English and Spanish, in person and/or via telehealth.
