Anacelia Keen is a Licensed Independent Social Worker and has over 5 years of experience in providing mental health counseling and more than 10 years of experience providing early intervention and parenting to support families with children birth to 5 years old in English and Spanish. She is passionate about helping people identify their own solutions and strengths by creating a collaborative partnership in therapy. She addresses issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use from a Strength-based perspective. She uses Evidenced-Based Practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to teach individuals skills and tools they can use to manage and overcome life’s difficult and often unpredictable circumstances.
