I specialize in working with individuals struggling with traumatic/abusive experiences, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. I am especially passionate about guiding people through family-of-origin trauma, guilt and shame, self-criticism, and body image struggles. I have specialized training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My approach can be described as individualized, experiential, holistic, and mindfulness based. I value being fully present with my clients, providing a safe environment where you can feel free from judgement. My goal as your therapist is to help you gain deep insight into your struggles, identify unhelpful patterns, and then create the change you desire through actionable and attainable steps.
