Why you might be seeking therapy: • Struggling to get through the day without frequent worry/anxiety intrusive thoughts • Feelings of low self worth or poor self-esteem • Constant conflict or dissatisfaction in your relationships • Needing a therapist who is allied and part of the LGBTQ+ community • Feeling like your emotional reactions control you • Healing from past emotional abuse or trauma • If you ever ask yourself "what is wrong with me?" or "why am I so unhappy?" • My Therapy Style: I view sessions as a conversation (about you). I advocate for self compassion and self acceptance and I will challenge thinking and behavior that doesn't serve you. I take a direct yet compassionate approach and I use evidence based methods and psycho-education to help you understand you! (I also try to find humor in everyday life.)
