I have over 30 years of experience working in mental health and education. My goal has always been to support everyone of my clients to heal, while equipping them with tools so that they can regulate and care for themselves. I love to help people connect to their own light and purpose. Much of my mental health experience has been working with issues related to trauma, depression, anxiety, social phobias, eating disorders, academic/test anxiety, among others. I believe that with the right intervention, most people are able to heal from many mental, emotional, and physical ailments, allowing them not just to survive, but to thrive. I provide short term healing focused therapy, equipping you with tools for self-awareness and self-regulation. I can help with different types of fears and anxieties. I am certified in trauma treatment, trauma informed yoga & mindfulness and other modalities, that aim at helping you heal from traumatic memories, helping you become a happier healthier you. If you are feeling burned out, overwhelmed, stuck, suffering from anxiety, depression or other ailments that make it difficult to function and you're ready for a change, let's chat.
