I am license professional counselor in Texas with 5 years of counseling experience. I have worked in mental health field for 14 years. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, anger management, & depression. I also have experience working with young adults and teens helping with coping with life changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Some have described me as laid back and non judgmental, my approach is very client centered I let you lead the conversation and help support what you want from counseling.
