I'm a LCSW with over 10 years of experience. I've worked with various types of clients including children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. I currently specialize in adult adoptees, caregiver stress, and recent "break ups" be it romantic, friendship or family estrangement. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy which focuses on changing thoughts and behaviors. I also use acceptance and commitment therapy which implements mindfulness as a way to live a more fulfilled life.
