About

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who has experience assisting adults with issues such as anger management, anxiety, depression, parenting difficulties, and trauma. I also have experience in counseling those who are specifically experiencing trauma as a result of domestic violence, sexual abuse, and narcissistic abuse.

I work with my clients using Strengths Based, Trauma Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral approaches. I chose to become a counselor in order to give back to my community and to assist others in building resilience. I find joy in helping others identify and utilize their strengths. I strongly believe in the importance of healthy interpersonal relationships in one’s life as well as strengthening self-esteem!
